The 10K Plan is a plan by Oakland, California Mayor Jerry Brown to attract 10,000 new residents to the city's downtown and Jack London Square areas.[1] It was a major campaign bullet during his reelection campaign and was supported by City Council Head Ignacio de la Fuente quite strongly.[citation needed] Notes and references
