The Mach line was a series of 2D graphics accelerators for personal computers developed by ATI Technologies.

- 64-bit GUI accelerator with basic DOS support
- Limited VESA VBE support
- Video memory: 1, 2, 4 or 8 MiB DRAM, VRAM, or SGRAM

- Variants:
- "Mach64 CT" with integrated RAMDAC
- "264VT" - a Mach64 core with enhanced video playback capabilities
- "3D Rage" - Mach64 2D engine with basic 3D acceleration added
