CSN West is a member of the Comcast SportsNet network of regional sports networks that covers local sports teams in Northern California. CSN West carries games for the Sacramento Kings and Sacramento Monarchs, with a pre and post game show. The network also carries programming related to the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers. CSN West also has an agreement with California Golden Bears to show football, men's and women's basketball as well as a selection of California's other athletic teams.[1] Along with coverage of local college sports activity, CSN West covers Friday Night High School Football, California Cougars of the MISL, and San Francisco Dragons of the MLL[2] Comcast also manages FSN Bay Area (it co-owns the channel with FOX), which carries every other major-league team in the region. It is unclear if and when the two channels will be jointly programmed; a separate FSN+ channel is created for scheduling conflicts.
