Fei Yu-Ching (sometimes spelled Fei Yu Chin or Fei Yuqing, traditional Chinese: 費玉清; simplified Chinese: 费玉清; Hanyu Pinyin: Fèi Yùqīng; Tongyong Pinyin: Fèi Yùcing; born 17 July 1955), is a Taiwanese ballad singer. Born Chang Yen-ting (張彥亭 Zhāng Yàntíng), he is also known as the younger and slightly more effeminate brother of Chang Fei (also known as Fei Ge).

His career began in the late 1970s, and he began to build a large fan base along with his brother. He performed several theme songs for television shows, some of which were more successful than the shows themselves. He has a mellifluous voice and has sung numerous hits such as "Goodnight Song" (晚安曲 Wǎn'ān Qǔ), "A Spray of Plum Blossoms" (一剪梅 Yījiǎn Méi), and "Ode to the Republic of China." In 2006, he featured in a duet in Jay Chou's song "Faraway". In February of 2008, he also performed during CCTV-4's Chinese New Year special, singing a solo version of "Faraway". Coincidentally, Jay Chou also performed in a later slot singing "Green Vase" from his latest album, On the Run (Jay Chou album)

Fei is not married, although he was once engaged to a long time girlfriend.
