Handelshochschule Leipzig (HHL) is a private business school in the German state of Saxony. Also known as the Leipzig Graduate School of Management, it is one of the world's oldest business schools, having been established in 1898. The school has been under private management since 1992.

It was ranked as Germany's best business school by karriere magazine in May 2006. In April 2004, the HHL was accredited by the AACSB.[1]

Teaching and research at HHL are conducted in both English and German. It awards postgraduate degrees:

The school has an executive education centre, founded in co-operation with INSEAD. Initially named the INSEAD Zentrum Leipzig (IZL) it is now called HHL Executive Education.

HHL offers exchange programs with over 80 international partners, including the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and the business school of Tulane University. It has dual degree programmes with Universidad de Talca (Chile), Universidad de Chile (Chile), Tongji University (China), Universidad EAFIT (Colombia), INCAE (Costa Rica), Universidad del Pacifico (Ecuador), ESC Montpellier; ESC Toulouse; ISC Paris; ESCI Fontainebleau (France), MDI (India), KDI School (South Korea), Norwegian School of Management (Norway), esan (Peru), EADA (Spain), Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand), and Florida International University (USA).
