The Highland Folk Museum in Kingussie (indoor) and Newtonmore (outdoor), Scotland has many old fascinating buildings and materials representing the history of the Highlands of Scotland. There is many hands on demonstrations of techniques used by the Highlanders of old and even a fully working croft (a 20th century re-creation). It is a fascinating look into the history of the Scottish Highlands.
