Luo Pin

Luó Pìn (羅聘, 1733 - 1799) was a Qing dynasty painter from Anhui. He studied painting under Jin Nong and developed a unique personal style. This including refusing government service to live a life of poverty selling paintings. He was the youngest of the Eight Eccentrics of Yangzhou.
