People's Republic of Croatia ("Narodna Republika Hrvatska" in Croatian) was a name of Croatian state from November 29 1945 (called Federal State of Croatia before that) until April 7 1963, when it changed its name to Socialist Republic of Croatia ("Socijalistička Republika Hrvatska" in Croatian).
