Rediff.com India, NASDAQREDF is a news, information, entertainment, and shopping portal. It was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India with offices in New Delhi and New York, USA.

As per Alexa rating [1], Rediff is the No. 5 Indian web portal. One of the notable features of Rediff are its breaking news stories. The site is best known for Bollywood film critic Raja Sen, one of the most read movie reviewers internationally. The Times Of India called Sen 'the most hated Indian online,' and this is only because of his fearless writing and frank opinions. People cannot accept their favorite stars written about poorly, and Sen pulls no punches and can honestly be called the 'Roger Ebert of India.'

It is the only India-based website to appear in first 100 websites. It has more than 250 employees.[2] Rediff.com also offers one of the oldest and largest Indian weekly newspapers, India Abroad, which it acquired in 2001.
