In gymnastics, tumbling is an acrobatic discipline which is practiced on a 25 meter long dynamic track. This sport is practiced both by men and women. Tumblers go along the track performing eight consecutive acrobatics, without interruption, or change of the rythm. Only feet and hands contacts with the track are allowed. Tumbling has only been an Olympic gymnastics event once, at the 1932 Summer Olympics, and was a demonstration event in 1996 and 2000. It is one of the events of the World Games. Famous tumblers
