Viva Macau is a budget airline covering both regional and long haul routes. It focuses on providing a network of air services from its home base, Macau and the Pearl River Delta of Southern China. The airline operates a fleet of wide bodied Boeing 767s and operates non-stop service to several points in Asia and beyond. The airline has a two-class cabin service — Premium and Economy Class. It employs cabin and cockpit crew and ground staff from 21 different nationalities. Viva Macau is a privately owned company whose shareholders includes its chairman Ngan In Leng and MKW Capital, an international venture capital firm with a series of equity investments across a diverse portfolio of businesses in Macau.

Acquisition of more aircraft is planned, building up to a fleet of 10-15 aircraft within five years.
Partners
The de-facto national carrier of Macau, Air Macau, has concluded a licensing agreement to let Viva Macau fly (since Air Macau owns the air-traffic rights to destinations that Viva Macau intends to fly to). In addition, Viva Macau is negotiating further co-operation with Air Macau in the form of joint marketing or code-sharing. The two airlines are not expected to compete with each other while Air Macau continues to concentrate on short haul full-service routes, especially domestic flights to Mainland China and Taiwan.
