Older cleanup: Category:Cleanup by month. Pages are archived by month, but are still in need of cleanup (or de-listing if they have already been cleaned up).

Most of these articles can be found under Category:Cleanup by month and are not listed below. Anything you can do to help clear the backlog would be greatly appreciated.

  • Wald (onomastics). No idea how to fix. -- User:Docu
  • Horse Article is long, disorganized and unwieldy. Also contains material already created in related subtopics. Repeats itself in several places, sometimes contradicts itself--probably in part due to length. Needs serious reorganization. Too much for one person to work on alone, especially someone as new as myself, needs people with good Wikipedia editing skills to create some new articles, merge sections of this article with existing ones, maybe expand the disambiguation page. Or make suggestions on the Talk:Horse page. This page also has been having some minor problems with vandalism. Montanabw 18:46, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
  • Football World Cup video games Sections on 2002 FIFA World Cup & 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany need re-writing to fit in with the style of the rest of the article. JP Godfrey (Talk to me) 21:20, 14 June 2006 (UTC)

  • Al Leong Terrible page. Filled with "clever" comments. Ace ofspade 18:52, 12 June 2006 (UTC)

  • Racko - Reads like a game manual; poorly formatted. bob rulz 07:09, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
  • Roth, Rott (onomastics) - Not sure how it should be cleanup. -- User:Docu
  • Kugel (disambiguation) — There are too many non-English words, too many links to articles not relevant to the English wikipedia, list is too indiscriminate. Since this is not the German wikipedia, I think most of the German material should be removed. If these problems are not corrected, page should be reverted to older version. --Batamtig
  • Cannon - Images are too many and poorly placed. Needs more information--The Ninth Bright Shiner talk 15:50, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

  • Cult film - the article used to be pretty good. Now, it's a total mess! (Ibaranoff24 19:06, 10 June 2006 (UTC))
  • Mundelein - "Also in 2005/2006 Mundelein has began to flourish. Many corperations have made their way into this suburb, such as Staples, TJ Max (and more), the amazing SUPER Target, White Castle, Pay Less Shoes, Pier 1 Imports, Fine Liquors, Jimmy Johns, Little Ceasars, Pet Supplies Plus, Home Depot, and Applebee's (which unfortunately had poor service upon its grand opening). It is apparent that Mundelein is booming and should no longer be considered a "bedroom" community." This paragraph seems somewhat biased, especially the comment on Applebee's service. • Gus Fink - Perhaps a fairly notable artist (at least, makes a claim of notability), but the article is unwikified and contains a lot of unencyclopedic material. - Mike Rosoft 09:27, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
  • Marion College, Missouri - Notable as a former college, but like many former college articles, it's totally out of format. I've done a lot of these as of late and frankly would like a bit of a break. Sorry.  :/ Beginning 23:00, 29 May 2006 (UTC)

  • Unfinished Sympathy - Reads like an advertisement and consists of little more than positive critical reviews and praise.
  • The Open Boat and Other Tales - Much of this makes no sense and is written in the first person.
  • Marshall Middle School (Pittsburgh) - Spelling is poor and it needs some work in general. I removed a number of non-NPOV comments and wikified the page.
  • Rule 144 - Makes little sense. In dire need of general cleanup, perhaps an entire re-write. Political Mind 15:51, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
  • Drawball - Needs more editors to clean it up, and keep it clean. See Talk:Drawball. The article is one of the worst on Wikipedia, entirely full of unencyclopedic unsourced subtrivia. Every time an experienced editor removes something, it's replaced with more online webforum dick wagging over who has the biggest picture. - Hahnchen 03:48, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
  • The X-Files - Contains way too many lists, which comprise roughly 1/3 to 1/2 of the page. A substantial amount of information on the page is fan speculation rather than sourced references. The show was important in the history of television, but the Wikipedia page has become a collection of fan trivia. Much of the information can be integrated into the rest of the page (with some effort). The page also needs reorganization. Zepheus 05:27, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
  • History of NHL - Unwikified, possibly copied from somewhere. - Mike Rosoft 08:48, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

  • Justicia In Mundo - Unwikified, contains the text of the encyclical which would belong to Wikisource, not to Wikipedia (as long as it is really in public domain; the encyclical was written in 1971). - Mike Rosoft 08:58, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
  • List of Dukes of Alba - An anonymous user has changed María del Rosario Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart y Silva, 28th Duchess of Alba to María del Rosario Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart y Silva, 18th Duchess of Alba (and made a similar change for the previous one). I don't know whether the edit should be reverted as vandalism, or whether it is legitimate. - Mike Rosoft 17:45, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
  • DeltaAnime - Reads like an advertisment, many inaccurate facts are also listed in this page. Added more content.PhilGreen 14:06, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
  • Alonissos substantial chunks of the English are poor. Much ambiguous writing. Article discusses an island, a village, and a municipality with the same name in such a way that the reader is not sure which is being discussed. Needs general cleanup. Jd2718 21:00, 28 May 2006 (UTC)

However, it is far from what it could be (a great featured article), and needs more attention for language, factual accuracy, and structure. Cleanup tag originally added by User:Grumpy444grumpy, but I fully agree.--Stephan Schulz 11:38, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
  • Bully - The article was a bit of a mess to begin with, but has suddenly been dominated by a couple of well meaning, agenda driven, newbies. It needs some input from experienced editors to get it into shape --Zeraeph 20:37, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
  • Workplace bullying - At first glance this looks like a good article, until you realise nothing is cited or referenced and the whole piece may well be POV. --Zeraeph 20:37, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

  • Visoko - Poor grasp of English; seems to have NPOV problems (sounds like inappropriate support for an archeological issue.) Adambondy 10:21, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Nipponisation - Messy. May not be the correct term for the phenomenon. See talk page. -Seventh Holy Scripture 01:02, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Western Schism - rather messy. Compare to [[4]] and see for yourself. There is no reference at all to the origins of the schism, so the article needs major work.
  • Kulachi - I did some minor wikifying and typo correction, but it needs grammatical improvements, possibly some rewriting as well, and I don't know the subject at all (got there via "Random article"). Jamoche 08:05, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
  • True-believer syndrome - Much of the article is about Robert T. Carroll and his book Skeptic's Dictionary, becasue it has an entry on it, instead of about the topic itself. Caroll himself has objected to so much of it being about him and his book rather than the topic itself. Bubba73 (talk), 18:51, 30 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Modern Spain seems to be little more than the succeding election results after 1978, and the whole article needs cleaning.
  • Ardengus needs working on to make it more encyclopedic, and needs much more information in the article-- right now the bibliography is longer than the main article itself! ekedolphin 06:50, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Identified flying object - The tables need to be fixed. (And perhaps the article needs attention for other reasons? I am not sure; I'll leave it for others to decide.) - Mike Rosoft 19:10, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Tadeusz Piechura needs some major, major clean-up work done on it-- in fact it's arguably an AFD candidate as it just seems to be a list of awards the person has won, and doesn't really help to indicate his notability. ekedolphin 23:43, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
    • looks like polish graphic designers scene. rename to nnn nnn_(designer) etc. if international relevant. Akidd dublintlctr-l 14:07, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
  • Girija Prasad Koirala, which is linked to on the front page, no less, needs a huge clean-up job. Currently it contains a whole lot of opinion, even going so far as to include the word "I", not to mention the poor grammar and capitalization. Valadius 01:30, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Aesthetic Realism needs a serious cleanup. It seems to have been a battleground of an edit war in the past, and has received little attention after being unprotected to make it less rife with mudslinging from both sides and more encyclopaedic. beekman 19:18, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Foreign relations of Afghanistan is very much out of date. It mainly involves the Taliban's relations with neighboring countries and mentions little about the changed relations since the fall of Afghanistan, especially with relation to Pakistan and the United States. I may have time to eventually get around to it. Helmandsare 17:35, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Alex Glasgow isn't terribly well written, and is lacking references and sources. It could also do with rearranging into a more logical order. I don't know enough about the subject though to do it myself though. DWaterson 19:39, 26 April 2006 (UTC)
  • Rambler Marlin - The whole page is just a huge paragraph. --ApolloBoy 01:20, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Go Daddy could use a cleanup. There's uncited material, and parts that look like they're an advertisement for the company. I've worked on it and it reads a bit better, but the article still needs work. C3po 15:56, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

  • Celebrity Fit Club Just total fancruft all over. This page is insanely long, poorly written, and someone needs to inform the editor to lay off the page, it was just fine. Please fix if you can. 68.180.1.141 03:32, 21 April 2006 (UTC)
  • I did some cleanup on this, removing most of the fancruft. It still needs work, but at least it is now much shorter. Ckessler 19:11, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

    • I took some pictures off the top thing, but the bottom can still use some cleanup, and I didn't check the article itself much. Blackcanoflysol
    • Removed most of the images, leaving only one example of each model. All the images remani in the code, but will not appear in the article. Alexvickers

  • The List (My Name Is Earl) - There has been some discussion on the reformatting of this article. Namely, whether the List should be organized alphabetically or by the number associated with each wrongdoing. Alphabetical organization doesn't seem like the best way to organize it. However, there have been some discrepancies with numbering in the episodes. So, some executive ruling may be required. Discussions on the topic can be found in Talk:My Name Is Earl and Talk:The List (My Name is Earl). --Mongrel 07:57, 16 April 2006 (UTC)
